ENFER D'ARVIER DOC
There is nothing infernal about this wine beyond its fiery granite red. It is mild and delicate in taste and nose with a velvet soft texture and slight bitter finish. Drink at 53.6-57.2°F (12-14°C).
Nus Rouge (rosso) is a dry and soft as velvet red wine with unusual vegetal nose, perhaps of newmown grass. This wine can be served throughout a meal. Drinking temperature 53.6- 57.2°F (12-14°C).
Nus Malvoisie is made from Pinot Gris and is a fullbodied and very aromatic dry white wine. Drinking temperature 50-53.6°F (10- 12°C).
Nus MalvoisieFletri (passito) is sweet and very aromatic with hints of resin, wood, and nuts, including chestnuts). Drinking temperature 50- 53.6°F (10- 12°C) or slightly more chilled in summer.

Valle d'Aosta produces many generic wines in white (blanc/bianco), red (rouge/rosso) or rose (rosato), and single grape (mono-cepages) from MilllerThurgau, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir (white wine from black grapes), Chardonnay, and Petite Arvine for whites, and Gamay, Pinot Noir, Premetta, Fumin, and Petit Rouge for the reds. Most whites are dry, fruity, and fresh, the reds are light, fruity, and often high in tannin. Drink the whites at 50- 53.6°F (10-12°C), and the reds at 53.6- 57.2°F (12-14°C).
